For those that don’t know, what’s the deal with JNKFD?
JNKFD is my photo zine, a project ive been working on for over a year now.
You started as a web based entity, scrapped the digital media, and went strictly hard copy, any reason?
The internet isnt real life. As much as you can simulate turning pages on a website or looking at photos on your iphone, it just comes nowhere close to holding a real booklet in your hands. Anyone can publish something on the internet, but walking out of the print shop with a box full of what youve been putting months worth of work into is so much more satisfying.
What’s the scoop with the art opening/ zine premiere party?
It was a blast! the locally owned coffee shop LampLighter, across the street threw together a block party that night and the street was full of people. There was snacks, Christian and I hung photos, had a pile of TVs looping a brand new JNKFD edit along with the older web videos, and with the help of our friends built the sketchiest mini inside the gallery. i got a lot of really positive feedback and cant wait to start the next issue.
How can people get ahold of you to learn more or get a copy?

Are you stoked?
