The 90 East site was relaunched today in conjunction with a new line of apparel for the spring season. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse just prior to the release and I have to say I was amazed at the attention to detail throughout the line. Lino himself stitched the patches on both the jackets and hats for the entire line. When I asked him about it, he jokingly responded that he was now in need of a new sewing machine. Afterwards, he told me that it was because he knew he would obsess over a detail like that if it wasn’t right; also that he enjoyed the process of learning something new. The effort shows.
