Trapper Keeper

Riding the wild, extra hard since the early 80′s! This a pic of me from January 83, I am guessing, since that’s what’s on the calendar behind the computer. Back then we called it web publishing, not blogging, because, quite frankly, blogging sounds idiotic, my computer of choice back then was a a trapper keeper, although the Commodore in the pic is slightly more advanced. This was shot on a day at work with my Dad at the Brooklyn Navy Yards, where he worked the majority of my pre teen years. Days like this one, we would hang out, and work on important military stuff, like Pinewood Derby cars, drilling them out, melting lead inside the wooden block, and applying a space aged wood simulating substance, known as “wood dough” over the holes we drilled.
Stoked!
