The November/December 1999 issue of Props Video Magazine featured a bio on Joe Rich. Arguably one of the most influential Props segments of all time, this interview led to the purchase of many Hot Water Music albums, the construction of many five foot street spines and reinforced the massive respect that riders everywhere have for Joe Rich.
